Ana 2's Cmd/Arp could easily be its own separate midi tool(s):

Yeah, Pigments Midi is great, only issue for me is, that it's rather heavy, even if I disable all the sound layers and fx.
So as "just an arpeggiator/sequencer" it still takes a hefty bite out of my ageing CPU, compared to dedicated midi tools...
But yeah, if only Falcon had Midi out, those new sequencers in 2.5 are really interesting...
(the same issue as above would apply of course, but it can go much deeper with scripting)
Cheers,
Tom

The midi recorder seems to work somewhat in the 2.5 update.

The Rain Sequencer alone is like a combination of OA's Stratus and EkoRain on steroids.ThomasHelzle wrote: Tue Oct 12, 2021 8:59 am

Speaking of EkoRain, have you played with Tetrality? It's pretty amazing.
I agree, the new script processors in the falcon update are gems.

I will have to keep an eye out for that one during the upcoming sales. I have UVI Quadra, which is quite good, but kept me from looking very closely at Tetrality because they appear to me to have quite a similar vibe.Musical Gym wrote: Tue Oct 12, 2021 10:17 pm Speaking of EkoRain, have you played with Tetrality? One thing that kept me from getting any of Heavyocity's Mosaic series of instruments is that none can do midi to outside world, which is doable in Kontakt, else an on-board midi recorder could be implemented. I guess the way they're structured keeps them from implementing it or else they just don't go there.
Audiofier instruments, for the most part, can send midi out and/or offer a midi recorder for it like other Kontakt devs do. Tetrality is a bit tricky to get midi out properly, but I found a work-around for that.

True. Even more so with updated seqs in Falcon.BluesMuse wrote: Wed Oct 13, 2021 3:20 amI will have to keep an eye out for that one during the upcoming sales. Offered for completeness of the list. Not tried. I watched part of a YT video demo. They do succeed in making almost every competing product look great by comparison. https://musiaplugin.com/ $10/month or $96 /yr

quick heads-up that the toybox reaktor blocks are 30% off in the summer sale - not sure how long this has been running or when it ends:
https://www.toyboxaudio.com/
nano pack 2 in particular might be of interest to others in this thread as there are midi note/cc blocks, a bunch of sequencers and tons of modulation and utility blocks to build interesting controllers amongst those 700 reaktor blocks.
