I have the full version of Icarus2 which is v2.0.0 and I tried to update to v2.0.8 and I ran the setup correctly and it still says that it's v2.0.0, and I'm using Bitwig 4.2.2.

Too bad that Icarus2 is not multi-touch capable.
It is not a deal breaker but this does not help the to purchase decision.
If I did not already have so many instruments this would likely be a buy on the second hand market.
At a certain low price and a moment of GAS weakness I would buy.
Also lately I am more into audio and midi fx and less into instruments.
What will be will be.

The same keyfile i have for my mac works on my pc i beleive, would be very odd if it cares if you change your hard drive since the same keyfile works on two completely different computers with two completely different OS's.

I just loaded Warlock and the demo version of Icarus 2 and I see no notifications at the firewall that either one have phoned home.

That was an issue with Tone 2 in the distant past but I think we've all put that behind us now.

However for example just loading Arturia's Pigments causes the ASC to connect.
