This might have some promise. I *have* considered a "Write the KVR National Anthem" theme in the past, but I was always afraid it would skew towards the people with the most expensive orchestral libraries, though, and I hate that sort of automatic bias.

And "winner choses" might be a bit dangerous: I think pHz decided that experiment wasn't fruitful for some reason.
