Many, many thanks to all of you for your kind and generous donations in support of Save the Children’s work for Syrian refugee children. Your support will enable us to render much-needed assistance to some of the world’s most deprived children. We reunite Syrian refugee children with their parents/relatives, ensure medical treatment, provide safe spaces for the vulnerable, help them cope with their trauma and provide schooling for them.
All the many refugee children from Syria have hope. Hope to regain some of their childhood which the war in Syrian stole from them. Hope for a better life and future. With your support to Save the Children we can make their everyday life a bit easier, given them back some of their stolen chilhood and invest in them to help them realize their full potential.

We are entering the final phase of the charity. All auctions end on 11:59:59 p.m on October 31st Central European Time (CET). The CET Timezone can be seen on this page .
Auctions below $100 = minimum bid increase $5 and bid increments in $5
Auctions above $100 = minimum bid increase $10 and bid increments in $10
(all bids over 100 must end in 0)
Don't expect to be able to post during the last minutes, there will be a lot of KVR members trying to do the same thing and you might encounter KVR not being responsive due to this. Bids with a timestamp later than October 31st are not valid - so do yourself a favour and post your highest bid hours in advance. Replies (bids!) that have the edited timestamp after the charity has ended is not valid either so make sure you reply (or bid) with the correct amount and text and don't change or edit anything after.
Finding the winners and how to pay
When the auction ends, I will update the frontpage with all the winning bids. I will then post a reply as I usually do with an All bids updated! please wait for that reply to come, then calculate what you have won and transfer the funds in USD directly to Save the Children Denmark (Red Barnet) using this link:

After you have transferred the funds you must forward the receipt you get from PayPal to my email address luftrum@luftrum.com - this is very important. Not a screenshot or a picture of the receipt but the whole email.
Payment are to be made within 48 hours of the end of the auctions unless otherwise agreed with me before the end of the charity. Winning bids not transferred in time will be offered to the 2nd highest bidder.
The cost of this charity are the PayPal fees. When you have a registered charity PayPal still charges 2.2% + 0.30 USD per transaction so I am asking you to add an extra 3% on top of your winning bids to add up for the fees. This is not mandatory, but 3% is encouraged. You decide if you want to add it, but an extra 3% on top of a $100 winning bid is only $103 and hopefully you can afford that - considering the bargain you will be making.
When to expect your products
I will contact each developer and send them the winners details (email and name) after you have transferred your winning bid total. Do not contact companies yourself claiming your products. Give me at least a few days to complete this - there's a lot of logistics to keep track of and in the meantime don't PM me asking if I have contacted company X and don't PM me as an extra gesture informing me that you have transferred the funds.
I strive to contact the companies only once and that is when I have received all payments regarding that developer group - and that might mean a delay, if I receive the last payment for that company several days after auction end.
I will keep you informed via this thread and let you know progress. After companies are contacted give them at least a week before you contact them or write me, since this is a pure goodwill from the developers, licenses and products are send out when they find available time in their schedule to respond. Patience is really the key word here.
When all funds are cleared (extra donations, auctions, 2nd hand etc.) I will transfer the total amount raised to Save the Children and post a copy of the diploma when I receive it.

Read before you bid
Everyone is welcome to bid on the products . Bidding is done by replying to this thread with lowest bid starting at $5 and raised in minimum 5’s too (no $1 bids sorry, but you can bet 10 or 20 as long as it's dividable by 5) and when products reaches $100, then bids are to be raised in minimum 10’s (10, 20 or 30 etc.) with bids over 100 ending in 0s and not 5s. I will not accept bids by PM or email and all bids must be made in USD. I will update once daily with the newest bids and contributions we are offered. I will always replace the lowest bid with a higher one placed, so you do not need to specify the # to be replaced. When I stumble upon two equal bids in a product group, I will replace starting from the top going down. If you need to withdraw a bid you placed, then it’s your responsibility to find the bidder before you and and notify me about who it is, and your "contract" is lifted.
