fortunately the german support gave me a link to a file called reset_vm which resets my v-machine to version 1.120090130 via USB-stick. This works fine here. Unfortunately smproaudio does not update this file to the newest version, what I can't understand. Maybe the new version could solve some of the problems which I have with my v-machine.

Hi, A new Erase stick is being uploaded with the new version, in regards to SAMPLE TANK SE, you must RE-IMPORT sample tank into the VFX application after updating to the 0130 version. This is documented as far as I know. If you have any problems please contact the German office I am sure they will sort it out for you as well.

Hi,can you give the link of the new Erase stick? At my link, there is the version 0130. Or is this the newest firmware...?!

Hello everybody...
I just have my v-machine yesterday and off course it s a good "machine"
Not enought powerfull that s sure but for the price i pay (200€) it s good

I ve got running a lot of things in a good way
But the problem i have is for some of them i don t have any preset...
The korg legacy works well (ms20, polysix, wavestation) but i don t have any preset
i just import the dll without vfxinfo.txt but i don t know how to integreted the preset?
By the way i ve got same problem with opx-pro it s load on the v-machine with all the preset but i have got no sound ( i think i must integreted too some folders)

DARKSPAWN -- did you remember to turn up the mixer channels when you created the banks/presets? That one has bitten me a few times. I spent an hour trying to get the wavestation to work last night...how did you get it to run?

He has a cracked version of KLC Analog, probably, because Wavestation IS NOT part of Analog, it's in Digital.

KLC Analog should have MS20, Polysix and Mono/Poly, not Wavestation.

The original KLC is MS20, Polysix and Wavestation.

well no sorry i ve got original but my wavestation doesn t work in v-machine
it load but after few second reset to the first bank preset of my v-machine
ms20 and polysix works fine but i don t have the preset....

Check the user wizard files for korg plugins, they are at the bottom of the page at this link.

An old version of the plugin will work differently to a new version of the plugin and this may mean the wizard needs to be changed, this is especially true of the Korg plugins as newer versions need a syncrosoft dongle in order to work.

By the way, Synth1 is listed on that site as not needing a customized wizard file. That's not true. There are registry entries hiding under Software/Microsoft that define the folders that hold the patch banks. Synth1 needs that information to have access to its sounds once it's loaded in the V-Machine. I've also noticed that for some reason, only 2 banks actually work (soundbank 0 and soundbank 1). Well, that's 256 sounds and it should be enough.

What is wrong with your wavestation?
For me everything seems ok but whe i try to load in v-machine it seems working then reboot to the firt vti i have in the v*machine..

I ve got such nice arppe2600va working too sound good and easy jupit8r ad Impocar from gmedia work like a charm ad not cpu demands

I m not specially piano user o hope a great one working on v-machine comes

I don't remember exactly, but I think the symptoms for the Wavestation are as you described. I tried the original unpatched version from the CD and then I tried the latest updates from korguser.net...neither worked. I think it's a missing DLL or something. I'll keep working on the wizard file when I have time.

On our system here we found the plugin has "dummy.txt" in the other banks folders and is missing the sound files. Contact plugin programmer for info on this and getting other banks working.

if cutting and pasting from a web browser you need to paste it as unformatted text. In wordpad this is done... EDIT>PASTE SPECIAL> unformatted text.

Otherwise wait for it to be uploaded.

Any bank which has the dummy.txt file in it is not going to work.
