Holy shit
This nice little plugin is fantastic! I am playing with demo right now. Fantastic! There is room for improvements of course but for that price..

Yes, if you save a bank of presets (an fxb file) you can select this as the initial start-up bank (see the settings page and initial presets settings). Glad you like it. BTW, achieving zero delay in FL was especially challenging!kmonkey wrote:edit: is there option to save my default startup preset which will be loaded every time i start Reverberate?

For now I see Reverberate LE as pretty much feature complete (although I am waiting to update it to v1.0 as the charity donations site I intend to use (Virgin Money Giving) hasn't yet launched). LE's future depends entirely on its success as a stimulus for donations to the chosen charity, so we'll just have to see how that goes before I commit to further work on it.Midiworks wrote:Any update for the LE version in sight?

Now this is really interesting (well, to me it is), thanks for posting about that; what host did you use? Was performance comparable to use in Windows?Midiworks wrote:Two days ago I tried it in Darwine and it worked perfectly as long as you have a host that is working well under Darwine.

I was using wavelab5 and synthedit as host.liquidsonics wrote:Now this is really interesting (well, to me it is), thanks for posting about that; what host did you use? the performance was extremely good!
It is hard to compare to Windows since I have a powerful Mac book pro
and osx is handling the dual core perfectly. (not like Windows)
I was amazed how well your Vst performed.
Great job!

A small update has been posted which modifies the user interactivity behaviour when encountering missing files and fixes a memory leak bug.

Hi liquidsonics,
I am a great fan of your reverb.
But I have a wish:
Could you please make presets with useful reverb templates?
I am not an expert with reverb modulations. For that reason it would be good to have some templates (light modulation, meddle modulations, Lexicon modulation...) where I can load up IR's.

Would you prefer to see this as an FXB file with a bunch of presets within it (e.g. 5 light modulation; followed by 5 medium modulation; followed by 5 medium + light chorus and so on) that could be selected to load as the default settings in the setting tab (in 'initial preset settings'), or as an expansion of the 'copy/reset' button into 'copy/reset/template' button?Gucky wrote:Could you please make presets with useful reverb templates?

You know what might be helpful, is to use the Bricasti IRs (I know there's others, but I thought you mentioned them and linked to them). That way, whatever programming you do would be specific to those IRs and might be closer to usable, with some tweaking.liquidsonics wrote:Would you prefer to see this as an FXB file with a bunch of presets within it (e.g.

I have not linked to the Bricasti impulses explicitly, just generally available sources of IRs. The Bricasti IRs available have been authorised by Casey from Bricasti on the basis that they are not linked to commercial projects (my interpretation of discussion threads, not his actual words), so I don't plan to start going down this kind of road as I wouldn't want them to think I am trying to make a buck specifically off their backs.p356 wrote:You know what might be helpful, is to use the Bricasti IRs (I know there's others, but I thought you mentioned them and linked to them). I may investigate an IR licensing deal with x/y/z one day to get deeper into this area as I can see providing a good bundle of IRs and presets (as an additionally chargeable component) would improve accessibility to the new concepts, but not right now. If people are very keen on this idea, let your thoughts known as I am always open to feedback on the way people would like to see Reverberate develop.

modulation presets would be great indeed! how they are implemented is not so important but personally i would prefer to have them in the plugin itself and not having to load some extra files.liquidsonics wrote:Would you prefer to see this as an FXB file with a bunch of presets within it (e.g.
