they haven't really done any real marketing since Rick Wakeman pitched Minimonsta and M-Tron back in 2009, have they?
if CS-80 is actually one of new synths, and they did it real justice, they should involve big cats more, send out promo copies to Vangelis, Jarre, Eddie freaking Jobson, I don't know. create some buzz.
or, in the worst case, that DT guy with a retarded beard. he advertises any software garbage that gets thrown his way, I don't see why he wouldn't pitch a supposedly decent CS-80 copy. free license will do it.

I agree. There's more to be won than to be lost with a bit of hype. Doesn't matter if there's a shit storm. That never hindered any other company to "leak" some important info to leaker vloggers/bloggers/fools with beard/whoever.Ray Leece wrote: Thu Oct 08, 2020 8:16 pm they haven't really done any real marketing since Rick Wakeman pitched Minimonsta and M-Tron back in 2009, have they?

several images flashed through my cringe-invoking pitch-men memories, but I can't quite grasp the 'DT' bit, so I am looping on... who's this?

it's gotta be the CS-80.... it would perfectly explain why Spiers had access to one and made that nearly hour-long demonstration video of the hardware six-months-ish ago.
