Another sale on Altitude is up, from nakst Discord:
Spring sale on Altitude: 30% off! https://itch.io/s/117316/spring-sale
And good luck to all those who participated in the OSC with Regency 😃
I think my March music budget is going this way, I had so much fun with Regency that I want to support nakst.

v1.6.0 out, adds ring modulation, "Lag Shaper" insert effect (halfway between a compressor and a distortion), Analog Boost insert effect, new "Clip Distortion" algorithms (LCD), and more!

Looks like this could be the new Camel Audio Alchemy, if you'd add more synthesis methods. Like a good granular algorithm and Parsec-style additive synthesis (not the failed Alchemy-style).

I keep forgetting I own this fantastic synth. I've just got so many others in my collection that sometimes greats synths unintentionally get overlooked.

Thanks for the update! Looking forward to spending time with it tomorrow. :tu:

Wonderful synth, really love its power and especially the sequencer.

A few questions though:
1) Is there no undo? As someone who likes to tinker with patches, this is sorely missed.
2) Any way to use midi CC as a source for modulation? Particularly CC11 (expression)
3) Any plans to support scala files/alternative tuning?

1. There's no normal undo, sorry. But you can "undo" loading/initialising a patch if you do it by mistake: see the "Recent patches" submenu from the patch dropdown.
2. I don't have the appropriate hardware to test most MIDI features, so I haven't implemented much. Depending on the DAW/plugin format you're using, it might be possible to assign the MIDI expression to the CLAP note expression data.
3. My plugins support the MTS-ESP protocol for alternate tuning.

Hope this helps!

Debian Trixie comes with a glibc new enough to run this, for those who wondered. (The KVR product page lists the wrong glbc version requirement.)
