Which musical instrument has concealed within it a deity, or 3 fruiting bodies of the group Eumycota?

This is a KVR question. ;)

Hmmm...I'm going to sleep on that one!

It's not really a cryptic question - once you've found out to what Eumycota refers it's not a deceptive in any way. It's more a bit of trivia that some KVR members would surely know.

It's not one of your everyday orchestral type instruments, but it's definitely the kind of instrument that gets talked about elsewhere on this board - often in some quite animated discussions. ;)

Herman Hesse wrote a book about the deity concerned.

1975 - which was the fifth biggest selling rock/pop act of the year?
Isn't it my go?

No worries, I was off to bed anyway - happy to have someone else take the reins. Carry on...

P.S. It's all fairly UK-centric on this thread...
Ah, poodles, soz for the intrusion then!

That's going to depend on what biggest selling means - are we looking at singles, or singles and albums, concert tickets, units or gross sales?
Biggest grossing, from total unit sales.

Alas no..

Sorry for the delay, it's been a bit of a bugger the last few daze.

But it was the Goodies! I was astonished when I found out. 5 top twenty singles, and 'The New Goodies LP' along with sales in that year for the previous LP. They were behind Led Zep, Yes, etc, but not far.

The incidental music during the shows at one time had a band with Gary Boyle and Chris Spedding in.. incredible really..

That's actually a nice bit of trivia Duncan :) (Resonator wasn't a million miles away).
