VST function broken and leads to crash Rapid Composer

Several plugins do not work anymore inside Rapid composer while they work in my other DAWs
Some cannot load some some lead to crash. All others load the wrong VST. Seems to be the first in list.
I have quite a few different presets which does not work as expected either.

How did you add the vst's to RC? I ask because there is a right way and wrong way. The wrong way is using the scan folders button from RC. You need to add them one at a time with the add button.

Be sure to include what OS, version of RC, etc..

I used the scan button. I mean if there is a scan button people will use it right? Its much too timeconsuming to get on these infos. A bit upset I realize that this software isnt production ready for me. Do you know how to refund?

Using RC as Vst3i in REAPER.

I want to record the output of the iterations on a rengenerative loop.
Set the loop in RC Vsti to Regenerate selected phrases on loop. If I hit the play control in the RC vsti, it works fine but when trying to record the ouput, I have to use the transport controls in Reaper which disables the transport controls in the Vsti -including- the loop control. Any ideas please?

This is a beta feature at the moment.. I am sure it still needs to be tweaked a bit too..

Just as a test, I loaded up EZKeys and was able to set up a loop in the VST and Reaper played it as a loop.

So, yea, needs to be looked at..

I can't get this to happen. What did you do to get it to work?

I don't think I have any special settings set in Reaper, so...

1) add track to reaper
2) add EzKeys to track
3) add chords to EzKeys, and your preferred phases in EzKeys
4) select all phrases in EZKeys and press the loop in EZKeys
5) press Reaper play button

Reaper plays and continues playing while EZkeys is looping the chords.

I used 4 chords in EZkeys and Reaper plays well past 4 bars..

Thanks Gene. Sorry, I though you meant you had RC looping and was using EZ for the output

But ... that suggests that the tweak needs to be at the RC end not the DAW so that clarifies the situation. I think that 'all' that needs to be done is to exclude the loop from being ignored in RC when the DAW transport is being used. Great feature the regen. Another 'game changer' from Attila there.

I am terribly sorry, there was an issue on macOS with pop-up menu handling, only in the plug-ins.
I have fixed that and will upload a new beta version later today.
Also v4.2.2 will be rebuilt with the fix. I'll let you know when it is done (by editing this post).
