cant wait to hear novakills ebm in 7/8
must be why its been done rich only makes orion for bones
My guess is that the event listeners for the keyboard shortcuts would be grouped together in the code (maybe in different sections for each major component), so it shouldn't be too hard for the programmers to make a list.BONES wrote:NO, that was my point. Who the f**k knows what else we've all forgotten about [the beta testers, that is]?
Yep ... the one thing i don't like so far too.BONES wrote:God, how long have we been asking for that! Krim made a sticky thread on the forum [out of frustration, I suspect] that everyone can add to but that is about as far as it has got.
Vurt, that time signature thing is a royal PITA, as is th efact that the Mixer is now hidden by default. These are just the kinds of things I work so hard to keep out of ORION, things that just get in the f**king way of doing my work. So now I can no longer just hit CTRL+N and start working, I either have to go and look for a default song or deal with a dialog and then unhide the Mixer. I mean, who the f**k can work without the Mixer? And does anyone really believe that more than 50% of projects in ORION are in any time signature other than 4/4? Puh-leeeese!
can you modify your orion shortcut to open your default template like the old way you are used to?BONES wrote:So what is workflow about, if its not about the smoothest possible experience? I now have to deal with things that I previously didn't have to. Sure, they are small things but there is no way around them. From where I sit it goes against mos tof the other workflow enhancements. Why make some things easier and other things harder? It makes no sense and I don't recall either thing being asked for by anyone.
i made one with all the ones i could remember on here:havran wrote:
While they're at it, maybe they could produce a consolidated list of shortcuts to include as a page in the helpfile.
