Fair enough, good manuals are always a good idea. But somehow I get the feeling that we demand manuals from Crysonic more than from anyone else.audiosabre wrote:What I would like to see next are concise manuals for the existing plugins, detailng what is actually happening under the hood and which processes are taking place.

The more we understand that which is at our disposal, the better we can utilise it. A lot of people can use gear without ever touching a manual, but one usually hopes it is packed with useful info.Wittenberg wrote:Fair enough, good manuals are always a good idea. Sadly, I read every manual to every plugin I buy. I have no problem with short manuals, but one can't help think Crysonic's are a little vague, especially seeing as they have their own methods.
I just wanted to echo the sentiment that it's beneficial to the end user. I haven't written a manifesto, thus can live without

And how many of you are actually "former customers"?
Just curious...

And why are some people getting free updates and a free plugin?

I am, Spectralive 2. While I understand your frustrations, I hope this is a good change in their ways of doing business. I still need a good manual for Sindo.

Sindo BTW, did you experience also a bug with the global rotate knob ?Elfen wrote:I am, Spectralive 2. While I understand your frustrations, I hope this is a good change in their ways of doing business. I still need a good manual for Sindo.
When turned to left it just attenuates the channel not phase-rotating.
Turning it to the right, all is OK.

Thanks for your confirmation.Elfen wrote:Yes, it comes out as mono left for me. Which is wierd.
I've sent at least 2 emails in the past to crysonic support.
Nothing happened so far.

Why does that matter if they are former or current customers?Compyfox wrote:And how many of you are actually "former customers"?

Since a few days I've fallen in love with Crysonics!, Spectraphy LE I knew, is a good limiter, I wasn't aware of the existence of the rest of their plugins.
In short they are fantastic, original concepts, good sound, great GUI!
I got Spectralive for free, like they promised, Sindo is high on my wishlist now, only pity not all of the plugs are for Mac too.
And you have to respect their courage, they are investing in improving their customer relations in a massive way by giving away a free plugin to so many people.
(and hey, it's working, I've turned into a crysonics-fanboy

yey! I got SpectraPhy for free today! And not the LE version either. I am impressed with such a gesture, especially since I was a perfectly happy customer to begin with!

Anybody know if they're honouring the deal with their new (and really pricey!) Nxstay V3 plug-in? I see aplats got an upgrade - was that free?
