I called them and they seemed to have the situation under control. When I called, I gave them my order number. I'd suggest that when you call or email, be sure to give them your order number. Good luck. I called them about two hours ago. I'll post here as soon as I get my SN. Good luck.. to all of us!!!!

Does any1 know if there's a way to save an entire bank at X2 oversampling? Instead of going through each individual preset and selecting X2 oversampling? Been through one bank already and not looking forward to other 15 or 20 that I have! :bang:

I CAN be authorised on a site. But I CAN'T send the request to support service because of a site error.

Not sure about 2x oversampling, but for banks which have the lowest setting by deafult (which is a number of old banks), you can use the demo to get them all up to 1x simply by saving the bank in the demo. The same trick might work for 2x oversampling.

+1 (again)

Seriously ppl just call that's what I did. Got my serial over teh phone. Quick, painless and best of all NO WAITING!
Actually, based on this advice, I called, and was told that they are having a problem with their serial number server, and that they should have it fixed within an hour. This was five hours ago.

I still don't have my serial number.

To give credit where credit is due, they are probably still having problems with their server. I just wish I could have had the same experience that you did. :(

I posted in the other thread about Z3ta+ that I've received my serial number but only found out by logging into http://store.cakewalk.com and going to "My Registrations".

May be worth a try for those who are still waiting. I've yet to receive any kind of e-mail, either the original one after I purchased or a response to the one I sent through the customer service form.

Just checked--it's not there. No such luck for me......
