Well, live explains a lot. I've been guilty of going too long in live ambient settings. In fact, 20 minutes is somewhat short.

yes it explains, but it's really no excuse. There's a fine line between getting a hypnotic thing going and boredom.

To me the experiment wasn't about the technical "two sequencers in&out of sync", but about how to manipulate the texture of the melody slowly with any apparent transitions, maintaining a hypnosis.

I really appreciate the input and your insight gave me ideas for new material, thanks.

Now back to the topic.
