Surreal Machines: Modnetic and Diffuse

Can you explain what you do and what is happening?

Can you tell me the path where the user presets should be stored by default?

Maybe I changed it when I hit [Save Presets As], because I was surprised that it was not in ~/Library/Application Support/Surreal Machines/Diffuse/User Presets

Anyhow, I'm currently saving them in Documents/, within a new folder I created.

But as I already posted, they are not listed under [User Presets >] in the menu.

Select [Show User Preset Folder] does not work either.

On MacOS the preset folder is fixed to '/Users/[username]/Library/Audio/Presets/Surreal Machines/Diffuse'
You cannot change the user preset folder. If you chose another location when saving, you can still find that preset there and load it with the "load preset" menu item.

Thanks, but okay, that's the problem then. I do not have such a /Surreal Machines/Diffuse folder in the given path. Though I have folders from other plugin companies there.

I created it manually and now it works. Have to do the same for Modnetic then as well.

What do you mean by that? Do you think I deleted/removed the folders in the path you mentioned? I wasn't even aware of that path before, that's why I've asked here. Same happened with Modnetic, too.
And how should I know about such an automated process?

Yeah sorry about that guys. The logo is a picture and the rest of there UI is vector. We could work on making it scale better next time but not worth an update just for that at the moment.

Soundtoys is a really bad example for updating their plugin portfolio and taking care of customer wishes (just in case you doesn't know their history)...
