What would be super cool,would be for Richard to release a special edition version of DUNE 1...

A resizable GUI,some new filters and effects from D3 and a few small tweaks to bring it up to speed...

DUNE 1 is a great synth and I still use it a lot

It would be nice, I'm still using CM version, but in my opinion it's not possible, because Dune1 is no longer available and Richard (in my opinion) has main focus on Dune3 and other actual plugins updates. Dune "grandad" with resizable GUI is only your (and also my) wish. But this never happens...

Yes. I never upgraded to v2 or v3. I like v1.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away.. There were this offer of getting Dune 1 for discount price if you upgrade from the cm version

Have DUNE 2, was a fault (even if "used" acquired / transferred). CPU, GUI (not resizeable), slacky fx, few presets. My DUNE 1 has no fx (BEAT like CM), but i used more often, today as well, if no other VST has the sound i am looking for.

Just to clarify regarding 64/32 bit question. Dune CM is 64 bit!

Only when you install it says that "only 32 bit is provided".

So after install it works in 64bit host

I guess it installs 64 bit version, just install notes and plugins list were not updated.

Dune1BE is still a good goto synth for leads, pads and arps for me.
an easy gui layout providing the fundamental basics for sound design flow.

Also agree they should bring it back! It's a different beast than Dune 2/3 especially because of the handy FM Options on the OSC and Filter (and the Ring Mod)!

I suggested that to Richard when Dune 3 came out and he said he was considering doing that.
