Not sure what accent is that (Irish? Scottish? Welsh?) but I automatically subscribe to such YT channels

North of England/Sheffield but not a very strong accent

Dan's opinions and people having GAS is completely irrelevant to PA not fixing bugs and having poor customer support. What you're doing, bonch, is the stereotypical fanboy defense of a company. It's sad to watch, man. Grow a spine, please.

Nobody has an issue with people pointing out unfixed bugs or poor customer support or even technical issues, such as the digital cramping in the new channel strip EQ. It's the fixation on Dirk Ulrich across multiple websites. Ploki regularly re-opens this old wound which is how I knew about it before he mentioned it yet again:

Fact is that a lot of people were personally attacked by Dirk. Generally, plugin devs don’t go around various social platforms attacking random people for expressing an opinion or stating a fact about their plugin. I think it’s a valid aspect of a company and developer.

He's not motivated by technical concerns. He just hates Dirk Ulrich and anything his company puts out due to some weird personal history with him. Now the crusade is targeting Dan Worrall with a lie about a paid endorsement from Brainworx despite Dan making it clear in the first 30 seconds of the video that Brainworx had no involvement. The nonsense is unending.

There's a handful of PA hard haters here who jump on every thread. Boring.
I don't think PA products are all outstanding. Some yes, some are mediocre and some are terrible and a lot are overhyped redundancies.
But a reason to fighting this company so fiercely? No, not worth it.

Worth is subjective. I still think that longterm, rewarding this sort of behaviour will backfire. (I'd argue it already has) We'll see in couple of years, right?

Agreed. I have what PA products I have as of about 2019 and I haven't purchased any since. Voting with my money and there is no need to give PA my money because there are many other better options across the board out there. On my to-do list is a plugin cleanout sale and I am expect most of my PA products will go on the chopping block. But that's why you haven't heard from me - I post initially when I am pissed off and then handle the situation in my own way.

But I do agree with Pioki: PA/D*rk sucks.

I have made a mistake of calling it a paid video - it's obviously not. I've watched about 70% of it now and i in large agree with it.
