Yes as much as I love Rob Papen he and his team simply don't get how plugin sizing should work. Even on a 24" or 27" monitor running at 1920x1080 the middle size it too large for most DAWs and the small size is too uncomfortable when designing patches.

All their plugin GUIs have a rather "rough" or low-def look to them that seems outdated.

But they make some great sounding plugins so it's hard for me not to be loyal. :?

Can you get to the hamburger icon on the upper right corner of the GUI? You can change the size there but you'll need to reload the plugin.

No, I'm stuck top left :D . Hopefully uninstall and reinstall will reset to default.
*edit yes that did it.

Cool I'm glad that fixed it but a plugin GUI should never get stuck to the point where a reinstall is needed. That's something Rob needs to work on. :?

I notice that one new addition is to allow P3's Arp/Seq to output midi to another plugin so that's nice.

Anyway if someone could test the Filter stepping issue I'd appreciate it..... :)

Here's a request for a future version...When you mouse over a knob it displays that parameter's values (if tool tips are on).

But when you go to move the knob the display disappears. It would be nice if that display box would remain open and reflect the changing values. Yes you can look away from the knob to the top of the GUI and see the values but that takes your eyes away from the knob. So keeping that tool tip display box open while adjusting parameters would allow you to keep your eye on the knob you're adjusting. (I don't think Rob reads posts here so probably won't see this but what the heck).

Oh and "Berlin Voice Metal Synth" is an awesome patch......... :)

Some of the new presets in 003 Synth 01:

So looks like the Explorer 7 = Explorer 6 + Predator 3 and RoCoder, and interesting take on a vocoder.

You can hear the filter zipper noise at 7:48 of the video above.

RoCoder is AppleARM-native. Predator3 is not.

Really awesome synth but the screen on my laptop is not big enough. But il still use it for presets though.

I didn't even know there was one til I saw your post. That could be worth the price of admission for me. I upgraded to it. Looking at it now.
update. I noticed the actual term is preset "Variation" generator which is not the same as generating a a random preset from scratch.

"Intelligent Preset Variation Generator". Don't expect to start off with an INIT patch and have it come up with a full patch.

(and there is a typo)

Afaik he said you choose a patch and dial in how much it should get changed but in the example i think a pluck stayed still a pluck but got some new character/sound.
Can you maybe confirm or how is it handled? Have sadly no money to upgrade now but next week hopefull :)
