I am having trouble authorising AX-73 on my new PC. I've copied the license file into the same directory as the .dll but it is still running in demo mode. Any idea on how to fix it?

Yes. You should place the license file into the same directory as the installer. Run the installer and check "License key" in the Component selection. I hope this will solve it.

Sorry, I've done exactly as per the video and AX73 is still running in trial mode. In fact, I did it three times, including uninstalling and restarting between attempts. Could it be a Windows 11 thing?

Windows 11 has no known errors. Maybe try installing the Kee Bass as a check. If this works mail us and we mail you the License again. We suspect the file is maybe changed somehow.

Kee Bass installed OK. Maybe a new license file will do the trick. I've emailed you.

I bought the AX73 today from Audio Plugin Deals, where it's on sale for € 59.00, which is a steal for such a terrific instrument.
I do have a problem with it though: when assigning faders or knobs with the midi learn function, the settings arent' saved. So the next time I open AX73, I have to assign everything again. Does anyone know a solution for this? I'm using Ableton Live 11 Suite with an Axiom 61 midi controller.

Thanks. MIDI learn is saved per project. So if you reload your Ableton Live project it should still have the same faders and knobs learned.kNarf_ wrote: Mon May 01, 2023 11:53 am I bought the AX73 today from Audio Plugin Deals, where it's on sale for € 59.00, which is a steal for such a terrific instrument.

Thanks for your quick reply
Hopefully in a future update it will be possible to save the midi cc settings in the synth itself instead of per project, because the current solution is not ideal IMHO.
Great synth otherwise!
