It's got lots of options and can sound good with some post EQ, but quite a few of the plate options just don't sound that nice.

UAD EMT 140 still sounds better if you ask me - though - not much in it with the right settings in Valhalla and the right post EQ.

Interesting. I’ll demo it overlapping with Lustrous Plates in the coming weeks (and reinstall some other plate plugins I’ve deleted).

...still a little bit off topic, though.

When my neighbour has to read it, he says Adonaï. That solves the problem. We don't have the same concept about God, but when I say "We can't prove it exists" he agrees sincerely and he replies "Yes you're right, and we can't prove it doesn't exist", then I reply "Exactly, so we agree, let's have a beer".

I like the Soundtoys Little Plate. it's simple and sound pleasing.
I have better-sounding technically reverbs but for plate reverb I almost always reach for Little Plate first

It ain't the Black Rooster RO-140 sorry to say. The more I tried it the more disappointed I became with it. Worst sounding reverb I've bought (plate or any other kind).
