Yeah it sounds like they are committed to working this one. I say that tentatively, because you never know. But this is one of the best sounding drum machines I have owned, personally. It can do traditional and unique sounds and is very performative.parma wrote: Sat Aug 03, 2024 4:03 amGood to hear. I hope they're still working on overall optimization and adding patterns like discussed earlier in this thread.stash98 wrote: Fri Aug 02, 2024 6:50 pmSounds like they will soon be beta testing a small feature update , with more in the works.parma wrote: Sat Jul 27, 2024 11:20 pm I keep waiting to hear news about an update. I have some hope there.
They wrote earlier that the new owner of PA, NI, is much more open to feature updates than the old PA.
That would be pretty good news actually.

Thanks for finding and posting this for us right away
. Yes, it's a substantial update. I know from the beginning we got a lot of comments about performance, especially with silent states. Those are significantly improved, sometimes up to 10x depending on the situation and because of an infinite loop bug that has been removed. Hope it feels like a new plugin. Mike added a ton of fun stuff and new modes. Cheers.

To be honest I wasn't immediately taken with the plugin at first.Amusesmile wrote: Wed Aug 07, 2024 10:59 pm Thanks for finding and posting this for us right away. Yes, it's a substantial update. But that's more to do with laziness on my part than anything else.
It does take a while to become familiar with the ins and outs of the plugin. It's a very complex beast.
Now after digging into it I really love it and this update just takes it to the next level.
Great stuff!

I agree that the Unfiltered Audio plug-ins tend to be on the more complex end of the spectrum. But they're also very rewarding to those who are able to dedicate the time and effort to learn how they function. After that initial investment of time and experimenting, UA plug-ins have become fun and exciting for me.kraster wrote: Thu Aug 08, 2024 2:05 amTo be honest I wasn't immediately taken with the plugin at first.Amusesmile wrote: Wed Aug 07, 2024 10:59 pm Thanks for finding and posting this for us right away. It's been the same for Battalion, and since the new specs look so impressive on paper, I have no doubt that they will translate to an even better user experience. I'm downloading the update now and I look forward to testing out the new features because it's an awesome-sounding drum machine. Congratulations and many thanks to the entire Unfiltered Audio team!!
