So, after one week of integration we are now live on Paddle. Their webpage is a total new and better experience compared to MyCommerce, which we used for 6 years now. Condition are similar, and terms of payment are short. So far so good. Now in the process to bring our subscribers to the new vendor, and hoping to see 3 months of frozen payments...

The fees are comparable (actually cheaper) to MyCommerce. Payouts are monthly, either in EUR or USD. Hope that helps.icarmon wrote: Thu Oct 10, 2024 4:50 pm What are the fees? When send the payouts? I don't see anything in his website. I assume the account is in EUR because they are located in Germany.

I've even referred a few folks who have been having issues with MyCommerce. They've gone live in <2 weeks and are happy with the switch. Happy to answer any questions.

Best Service still has not been mentioned within this thread:
https://www.bestservice.com/de/index.html
- I am collaborating with them since 15 years now.
- No mayor problems occured.
- Our contracts have been simple, short and are easy to understand for everyone.
- Payments always came quickly.
- They are from Munich, Germany.
- They are very nice people which I also know from "real-life". They are not an AI-driven bot-company.

Same copy-paste message that I got.quikquak wrote: Thu Oct 10, 2024 1:11 pm And to my message concerning the payment delays...
".... Please know that we are fully aware of the situation and are working diligently to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Our team is investigating the cause of these delays to ensure they address them effectively and prevent such occurrences........."
Words are different, but same content.
No information what the issue is. No official statement.
No time frame when we can expect our payment.
"we are working on it as quickly as possible" (yeah, sure.... for more than 30 days now...)

You can post a complain on the Minnesota BBB (we called them on the phone and sent e-mail).
https://www.bbb.org/us/mn/minnetonka/pr ... 4-38000919
Also do complain with Siris Capital (DR was one of their their companies): this is not the proper way to divest and leave hundreds of ISVs significantly out of pocket:
https://siris.com/portfolio/digital-river
and you know... they are still processing orders for software they are no longer allowed to sell as they breached their own contract...

Not exaclty what you are searching for, but digistore24.com offers you to upload a list of pre-generated license keys. "3. License key type: Key list"hello39288 wrote: Thu Oct 10, 2024 5:13 pm Is there any platform that supports c# key generators, as Digital River?
Or you create a php website that generates keys. 2. License key type: “your license server”

Go to ChatGPT and ask it: "What can a software vendor do if the reseller is not sending payments for sales to the vendor?"
You'll get a detailed response too long to post here. This is the summary:
Summary:
If a reseller is not sending payments, the vendor should:
Review the contract and initiate communication.
Send a formal demand letter.
Consider legal counsel and potential legal action.
Terminate the agreement if necessary.
Explore alternative dispute resolution options.
Consider reporting the issue to relevant authorities if it appears fraudulent.
Taking a structured and documented approach helps demonstrate that the vendor has made reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before resorting to legal action or terminating the agreement.

I am also one of the victims of Digital River GmbH. As compared to others they do not owe me more than 5k EUR, so one of the ways for legal action is EU small claims (https://europa.eu/youreurope/business/d ... dex_en.htm).

Somebody mentioned that they received the credit note summary for August. I have received it too. Precisely on September 30th. On the same day I was also told by the DR support that my payment was released.
BTW, if you look into the "payment report" for July (that you should have received in the second week of August - so the zip file that contains the Credit Note and the CSVs with sales records, you can read:
I think DR started preparing for all this in 2021 when they introduced the Agreement 6.1, which redefined the payout date. Why haven't they adjust that payout date back then?

. They backed that with point 5e of the masters services agreement 6.1 - which is of course bs - imho unlawful. Of course no money received.policy

We are proceeding as follows ad Subscriptions are concerned.
- we terminate all subscriptions from our side (this can be done through API or directly from DR webpage
- we communicate the reason for the cancellation of the automatic renewal
- we send them the link for subscribing again at the end of their subscription
Not ideal. But what else can we do?
