Yup. 40+ posts to KVR needed to vote is the rule. Second line after the playlist, could not be clearer IMO.

I thought the overall level of entries would be a bit higher due to the free choice of synths, but maybe it led to an choice overload instead. Or just a relaxed summer season...

I'm still not overwhelmed by Vital but it does a lot I guess. I really liked Saike Partials and Synful Orchestra. I guess I don't like normal synths all that much. Otherwise SQ:8L was my favorite.
