Here's what I received:
We have been informed, the July and August Sales payment will be paid out last week of October for any accounts that have completed KYC.
We will let you know once we have more info or exact date of the payout for your account XXXX
Meanwhile, please confirm if you have already completed the KYC.
Thank you for understanding and patience.
--
How does anyone know if they have completed the KYC?
Anyway, redid it to ensure nothing held up.
Here's the link below you can find more info and how to make sure your account is KYC.

3 days later, and still no payment. They charged for this lie 0.2 support hours = $37sft234 wrote: Wed Oct 30, 2024 12:56 pm After the July period was paied yesterday (as for many other too) we asked today via support center about when the August period will be paied, which was answered shorty afterwards like this:
So there's hope...Hi Team,
The expected date you will receive your August payment is within this day or up until tomorrow.
Please let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!

Yes they did send "credit notice" for October, quite a bit early for their "new schedule". But I'm still on plus side even after the "tech support expenses" (for asking them to pay their dues). Really difficult to predict what is going on.

I'm confused about HER Interactive. The post says they are switch TO DigitalRiver, not from it. It references the "new MyCommerce store" a couple of times. Maybe we should reach out and warn them off?icarmon wrote: Sun Nov 03, 2024 3:13 pm It seems her interactive which ceo is penny Milliken has troubles with digital River too

Currently they are using Digital River Ireland and will switch to MyCommerce (Digital River Gbmh). The reason? Absolutely no idea.dyamicaliri wrote: Sun Nov 03, 2024 3:23 pmI'm confused about HER Interactive. The post says they are switch TO DigitalRiver, not from it. No typo here herinteractive.com are really transitioning toward MyCommerce that skrewed us all. Good luck to them

It looks like someone experienced a similar problem with the control panel lock back in 2012:

Maybe DR will claim that we are violating the contract.
