What's the keyboard on top of the DX-7? One of the old Rolands?

Quite the rake angle on that stand. :o

Beatles fan I see. :hihi:

Is that chair wearing a shirt? ;)

TP roll next to the computer... hmmmmm.

That's a different setup, jupiter8! Tell me: how do you mix on the DAW with your monitors in front of your keyboards?

An HDR 24/96 actually.
And yeah, the old trusty Roland SH3A. That was my first synth...way back in '77. It's holding up pretty good for a 30 year old!

MAn, I was hosed last night. I gotta go see if I posted anything embarrasing. :drunk:

Nice setup Lunatique. What kind of crazy mouse is that on the last pic?

Evoluent Vertical Mouse. I've been using it (and the previous models) for the last few years. I can't even use regular mice now because they feel like shit. The vertical mouse was designed to uncross the bones of your forearm so your blood vessels and nerves are not pinched during all those hours of mouse use. It's also extremely easy to get use to--it's like using a regular mouse, except you turn your hand like your about to shake someone's hand. It does not have any negative effect on my gaming at all either (I'm a die-hard FPS gamer).

BTW, how come my pictures show up all squished and aliased? KVR automatically resize pictures in the post by simply changing the display size?

Very nicely rigged studio, Rob.

The only thing missing in those photos is Elena's extraordinarily lovely countenance.

As always Rob, your artwork astounds...

kilroy - Thanks bro--you're too kind. I look at everyone else's studio and want to cry. All those awesome hardware synths, collection of guitars and basses, multiple sets of studio monitors and computer monitors, giant mixing consoles...etc.

I'm in the middle of composing the score for an upcoming MMO sci-fi space shooter. If that game does well, maybe I can justify filling out the studio with more pieces.

Don't remind me about her mising countenance--she's out of town for a month and a half. I hug her silky pajamas at night to fall asleep. :(

On a side-note, she was the one that jump-started the Triton Babe competition at Tritonhaven. I don't think people will ever look at their Korg's in the same way ever again after that competition. :D Those photos were horrible though--that was before I learned proper photography, had no makeup, no lighting, and the camera was a POS.

Hell, Lunatique...
That's kickass!
More inspiration for me to dummy down my dusty pile of unused clutter and focus on only the things I need.
Nice setup!
