I made another screenshot with a much bigger font size. I love vector graphics!

Bugs with melody editor:
1. Scale degree not changed
2. After move some notes, next new notes appears not in right place.
3. Selection works with some offset.

Spec: Windows 10 & 11, Ryzen 7, 1060 Gtx, Resolution: 1920x1080

Not sure what you mean, but in Melody Editor moving notes do not care what key or chord it is. It doesn't snap to key or chords. The melody stays exactly what it is. If you move everything one note up, you have to make a new harmony or change key afterwards.

I don't know English very well, but on video u can see what i mean. Just look at piano roll degrees & note names.

thank you for reporting this bug!!

I managed to reproduce and fix it based on your video.
It turned out a wrong scale was used as a reference when calculating notes.
If you need the fix now, I would gladly send you a new beta version.

I can wait and finding these bugs is the biggest thing I can do for you and the community right now.
I would like to see more new people here and fewer bug reports this year.

Hi! I forgot to mention I use os x version of software. We have there some scale factor.

Oops, how did I forget that?
I have to check what macOS UI scaling does exactly.
On Windows it is possible to disable UI scaling for a given application.

Issues after installing RC4 on macOS Catalina:
- Smooth scrolling (Logitech MX Master 3 scroll wheel) and inertia scrolling (Mac trackpad two finger gestures) don't work properly, cause standalone and hosted-within-Ableton crashes, unable to retrieve work after crash
- Changing Mac DPI settings with RC standalone open caused disappearing UI, only fixable by opening the plugin version within Ableton
- Mac standalone UI too small
- Weird visual glitching (e.g. screen flashing red) when opening software/plugin
