aaaah, ok...so we can only exchange a multi-track snare for another, yah ???....can we change it for the snare in the multitrack jb, for instanceSquids wrote:Just so you know, that snare is ringy but in a good way (in a Brufordy kind of way) but we also sampled OTHER snares that are lower and fatter. You can hear the Ayotte and RGC snare in the STm kits which are used in the Collins and Duke kits with Premier and Gretsch toms. If you like those but want them in Multitrack those snares will be available in a bundle soon. So you can add them into the Gretsch MT kit instead of filtering or tuning it down... just swap it out. That's the idea.maximilians1 wrote:yeah the snare rings too much for me too, I was thinking of tuning it down and using less top mic and more bottom , but i dont' know how well that would workebow wrote:ok...gotcha....thankszedd wrote:Go to the GB sign up page. the 3 gretsch kits sound different.....
here's a question......i really like the gretsch kit except for the snare (too much ring)...if i were to chose the multitrack version (highly likely) would i be able to swap out that snare for any of the others and it still be able to be used in multitrack mode ??
oh and maybe a low pass filter ?
and have you definitely decided to include the jb ??
i'm getting so excited....i have had this page open in my browser for hours...and since you have worked a way to spread the bandwidth i'm probably gonna get at least one kit up and running by lunchtime tomorrow....once i work out what's going on i'll slowly d'load the rest
