Meant to post this sooner, but Native Instruments (Mick) was on top of it from the get go. Received communication shortly after Luftrum confirmed payment. Product license in my account early Thursday. Great experienice all around. Only waiting on one other license but so far very quick

Must mention Biome/NewLoops here too.

They helped me with a cart problem, introduced by my own fault, on a sunday evening in virtually real time.

I heard from Patrick at TAL last Thursday maybe. Shoot support a quick E-mail and I'm sure he can take care of it quick.

Turns out the Umlaut Audio code did get lost in the mail somehow. They successfully resent it today. Great company!

The only thing missing for me now is the Mixmeister Studio software. Anybody got that yet?

Edit: Patrick responded within less than an hour, awesome. They had the wrong e-mail address, but now everthing's fixed.

I don't want to be impatient, but has anyone else heard from Bastl? (I've ordered things from their Noise Kitchen store and it's often taken quite a while, but presumably the donated items were in stock and ready to go.)
