BTW, does anyone know what it takes to achieve non-profit status? That would help us save a bit with taxes, and make us a legit organization. I just don't even know where to start and don't even know if it is feasable time-wise.

I don't believe we would have to claim taxes, since the money is going to charity. THEY are non-profit and would handle all of it. But nobody here is getting a dime, so we don't have to pay taxes. Plus, with interstate commerce on the internet, you don't have to charge tax anyways, nor do you have to claim it. And that's even if you are a for profit organization. I have and have had a couple businesses, and this has always been how it all worked. So I don't think we should need to worry about this at all.

Gotcha, I forgot about interstate internet sales being tax exempt. So as long as we don't send them payment from Texas, we should be ok indeed.

Seriously: Just got Resonance last night, and I'm amazed. I have specifically not listened to any of the tracks for the Katrina disc because I want to be suprised.

You guys are doing a great job with this.

Yes, the resonance cd is killer!!!
I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the tracks on this cd as well.

I've only listened to a few (I want to be surprised as well), but the quality is outstanding.
