Oh of course, we put many notices on the site to state no illegal material or software and look what a few particular people do!.. well, there will always be a bad few apples, but we'll improve on that.

I didn't go through the whole thread, so I might be saying what others already said: the design (technically) is not good. The page displays totally different in FF and Opera.
If you try to validate on W3.org you can see why.

But I like the idea of the site! Thanks!

um, what's going on with sample torrents, i can't find anything there, i'm willing to seed as much as possible, but i keep finding a page that says it's not up or some crap...
