And a pic of my main guitar/Number 1, Jackson With Dbl-Locking Trem, EMG85 at the bridge and THIS IS WHAT I DO TO SINGLE COILS (FWIW) :hihi: :

LOL but yeah fully agree. A Roland GK is pushing it for me and man i just would feel comfortable with that much plastic under my hands: probably would break one in about 10 minutes :-o Me & MIDI are better bedfellows for drum needs and the odd fiddle with synths now and again with a Korg K49

Nekro > Kave man/Technophobic Extreme

Pics! :hyper:

I am just shit at taking pictures so excuse the quality or rather lack of it hibidy my friend :)

The Trem on mine atm has three regular long springs in the back like this as i haven't opened her up yet or put my own choice of strings on either:

It's ibanez week at the ol' kvr :D Looks like that one is 24 frets too. It's a bit weird for me :o

Now that's what I call black ! :tu:
The only small oversight are the silver letters ... :uhuhuh:
Nice guitar !
Talking about the Jackson, glad to see you took at least one little idea from my above picture ! No violining tonight, I'm afraid.
And :tu: for the SC hammer treatment, that'll teach'em. :x
Cheers,

The 81 at the bridge? well thats getting swapped for the 85 thats currently in the neck. Yep hibidy its 24 fret example :)

The Jackson - the volume just got in my way so i moved it to where the tone was & then put the tone lower down = problem solved, my pinky don't stretch that far down for any 'swelling' and as for them there S/C's - they are the most quiet ones i have ever heard :hihi:

I am just brutal with my own stuff, if i don't like something then it goes or is relocated by any means, admittedly it ain't pretty but it does the job. The trem arm/screw is threaded on the main Jackson guitar but i don't miss the bar on it since i got others for 'stunt guitar' work

Cheers & All the best to you both

No, sorry, my bad.
In fact it looks white and I thought it had to be silver ...
Tells you something about my brains, I guess.
And I hear you on that vol knob, no problem for me personally but a few of my friends did similar mods.
None however coupled that with "silent" single coils, I see a future signature model emerging !

Possible names :

The Dean Dean

or maybe :

The Nekrokaster

Time to start negotiating !

Haha! Those are pretty good

Post

Yeah the Nekrokaster is sick! LOL, can't see Jackson going for it though. Maybe a Charvel custom shop job but thats alot of money :hihi:

Nice one mate

I now have so many, that I've made a new rule - any new instrument has to be able to have its own unique sound or features to make it stand out from the rest.

Having said that, I finally saw this one in Montreal last week:

That is a cool looking slide guitar......er, one question though...

Couldn't you have at least found a picture picture that was bigger :hihi:

I just bought this one, came on Thursday:

I will keep it, got a nice sound due to the nylons.
Will be trying the pickup today.
The action I need to fix, bit high, but good quality build and stuff.

The reason I wanted this is it is basically a classical but with an acoustic neck, meaning it's not really wide, so I don't have to adapt.

I intend on using it for gigs with a mashall acoustic amp with two inputs git/mic,
