Congratulations Photonic and all the others! Lots of good music here!
I wasn't sure how my entry would be received. When the results were posted, I went immediately to the bottom of the list to look for my spot. I would never have thought that it would finish up near the top
Thank you so much to the people who allocated some of their points to my piece, and for all the nice comments on the SC clip. You guys sure know how to make an OSC virgin feel welcome! I look forward to participating in more of these challenges.

And congrats
To be honest I did the same thing... I started at the bottom, and slowly crept up, and at the same time cringing because I vehemently disliked the last 1/3 of my song - thinking you should have clipped this, and that, and shortened it... what were you thinking... then was ok...

Indeed, very bizarre that, don't know what's going on there.. I've tried a few things without success, so now I'm de-tagging it to see if that will help. If not maybe it needs to be recoded which might be best from the DAW instead of mp3 to mp3, so can you upload please?tonedef71 wrote:I just noticed that the track time being displayed in the Archive.Com player for my track "The Night Is Dark..." is a whopping 33 minutes and 29 seconds.Even the twelve-inch extended dance version, "The Night Is Young And Full Of Teenyboppers", is not quite that long!!!

Congratulations to the winners and a special thanks to those who contributed their Podolski patches to the KVR Banks and Patches library. They are not only good examples of sound design but, hearing how they are used in the OSC songs, good examples of creative production.

I have uploaded my own encoded MP3 file of the song to this location. Please let me know how this file works out.V'ger wrote:Indeed, very bizarre that, don't know what's going on there..
