Rich is OK but for really deep meditative ambient I much prefer Oöphoi, Robert Rich tends to get too busy in places, even in his supposedly sleep oriented tracks.

I'd actually never heard of him. However, scanning through the Q&A article it seems to be full of good tips. That's why I saved it for when i can give it more attention.
