Well, the demo version installed on my MacPro worked fine but not the version which I installed just now on my Macbook after purchasing Intensity - and now I'm left without any license and can't use the plug-in. Anyway, first world problems...martinjuenke wrote:What a pity! It works for me (iMac & Logic 10.4.1] just perfectly...

Wherever you purchased Intensity, they should have given you a code. Then you need to create an account on the Zynaptiq site and register that code to get a different code that you use to register the plug in iLok manager. Kind of convoluted but eventually it works.Sampleconstruct wrote:Well, the demo version installed on my MacPro worked fine but not the version which I installed just now on my Macbook after purchasing Intensity - and now I'm left without any license and can't use the plug-in. I did all of that already (as in my other Zynaptiq plug-ins) but the code I entered into the plug-in was marked as -> “The code redemption limit has been reached. Please enter a different code“jbarish wrote:Wherever you purchased Intensity, they should have given you a code. Haven't heard back from support yet, maybe because it's Sunday and summer holidays. Tried activating the plugin on my MacPro with no luck, same error message, code is invalid.

Would think so yes, Denis is also present here on kvr and usually pretty responsive.Sampleconstruct wrote:Haven't heard back from support yet, maybe because it's Sunday and summer holidays...

You have to go to https://www.zynaptiq.com/support/registration/ if you've bought the plugin via a reseller (resellers give you a serial that's in hexadecimal), it then emails you the iLok code to do your thing....sircuit wrote:I never use Zynaptiq’s own actuvator, I enter the codes straight into iLok manager app. Never had issues

24 hours without an answer from a support now feels a bit...hmmm. Chill....nordickvr wrote:Would think so yes, Denis is also present here on kvr and usually pretty responsive.Sampleconstruct wrote:Haven't heard back from support yet, maybe because it's Sunday and summer holidays...

Exactly. In general I wouldn't expect any support to work on weekend though (maybe until saturday noon at max)...sircuit wrote:They had up to 51 degrees (a German friend sent me a picture of a thermometer out in his garden) in direct sunlight these days. They totally deserve a weekend break

ZYNAPTIQ offices are in Hanover. Here is summer hell: no rain for many weeks, temperature above any normal level during the whole July. So it's really difficult to work here currently...sircuit wrote:They had up to 51 degrees (a German friend sent me a picture of a thermometer out in his garden) in direct sunlight these days. LOL, no justification needed, it takes as long as it takes, yet 36 hours without an answer feels a bit long in my book...
