Well of course, it's made of gold
Which is your fav plate reverb in 2023?

Still no other plates except Lustrous ones for me. I passed on the new Soundtoys one, as well. Plates aren't my normal reverb type so don't need so many dedicated ones.vitocorleone123 wrote: Tue Sep 13, 2022 5:20 amInteresting. I’ll demo it overlapping with Lustrous Plates in the coming weeks (and reinstall some other plate plugins I’ve deleted).mholloway wrote: Sat Sep 10, 2022 5:11 pm Valhalla Plate, easy. Maybe the most underrated verb plugin out there. Always feels like people are sleeping on this one...imo it's far beyond the competition.

Same here. I also don't use plates much. You were one of those who helped me in other topic regarding LiquidSonics reverbs. I was able to get Lustrous Plates with a good loyalty discount last year and it sounds excellent (and has a nice GUI as well). I do have the Soundtoys Little Plate and Arturia Rev PLate-140 if I need that EMT 140 sound.vitocorleone123 wrote: Tue May 23, 2023 5:18 amStill no other plates except Lustrous ones for me. Honestly, I was surprised to see Soundtoys releasing a reverb plugin after all these silent years. It is good, but it wasn't needed I think.

I have Valhalla Plate on a wishlist, more to support Valhalla than any need. I find I have to spend a lot of times finessing Valhalla reverbs to get them to sound satisfying to my ears that I don’t need to do (as much) with my preferred reverbs. Valhalla Delay is almost instant gratification, though!LoveEnigma18 wrote: Tue May 23, 2023 5:46 amSame here. I also don't use plates much. I’d welcome experienced input, or a shared favorite setting, of Valhalla Plate that really shows it off well.
I forgot I have the Arturia one (not installed, along with the others not installed: Black Rooster’s and Little Plate).

I love the Plate in T-TrackS Fame Studio Reverb. Also like the UAD Pure Plate Reverb, simple and effective. Yet to try the new SoundToys Super Plate, too pricey for me considering the reverbs I already have. (T-RackS 5 The Farm Stone Room, Sunset Sound Studio Reverb, Fame Studio Reverb, UAD Pure Plate, Hitsville Reverb Chambers, Lexicon 224).
i've become a lil bit of a reverb junkie it seems.

No problem, some real gems in there if you take the time to look/learn. The tapes are really nice too.
