Nice !CCT wrote:V-dumper got new gui
I want to try that !Also autolooping is ready (experimental, but works)
Not such good idea.Loop end is setted near noteoff message.
sf2 can do release loops,
this means that the sample get played after the loop end,
untill the end of the sample.(after the noteoff message)
Thats a nice thing to sample\play the original fx tail.
- envelope detector to cut samples
Could this be used to set the ADSR of the dumped sf2 ?
(in the way of the original VSTi ADSR)
Unfortunately i cant send bigger files to server - i created some sf2 from v50, autolooped etc.cool.
How big ? (if you buffer the dump on HD maybe...? )
I would love to hear that sf2, can you upload ?
Here:
Hmm rewire... but how to get sdk ?
http://www.propellerheads.se/technologi ... nc=6902247
Or click on the left on "Technologies ReWire"
http://www.propellerheads.se/
---------------------------------------------------
I forgot: Please add to each VSTi and Audio-in slot a left/right split.
Then the VSTi's keys can be split over the keyboard range too!!!
Great work as always CCT !

Ql
And i have next good news
In my 'laboratory' version produced sf2 samples loads without problems to NN-XT, so they probably load to all samplers
Also there is planned 'preview' mode - i want to write sf2 player with editor etc...
ZeroVector now is unloaded without problems...
Greetz.

hi
i found two bugs, if you select the first note on the keyboard you will produce a 4 layers sf2, even if you have created only 1 layer !!!
http://carrieres.freelinuxhost.com/v-dumper.jpg
http://carrieres.freelinuxhost.com/Rhyt ... lCPink.jpg
and if you try to dump a rhytmic preset as with the vsti joykiller (first preset RhythmicBASS), you will produce a empty sf2 (the wave are empties)

hey CCT... are you using FLTK to program this?
It can happen to you. It can happen to me.
It can happen to everyone eventually.

Autolooping AND external input support!
Man, this will kick sooo much ass!
When can we try the autolooping version?

Well, I just read through all of this, and I have to say, I'm VERY impressed. This is what these forums are really for. I've sat and read through the development of this software, and seen it evolve, very quickly might I add, and been blown away with how it's turning out.
I will for sure donate to the link you gave. I've bookmarked it. I have to wait till after the new year, since this month was HUGE on spending. But you'll get some from me. Just please don't stop developing this. It truly is a gem, and a must have.

Midiworks: can you tell me about your soundcard or some about when crashes were occured ?
I only tested with audigy, so it works only in 16bit mode...
For me it works like a dream ;]

and
AC97 using asio4all
Both crash, never had a sound this time.
Crashes happen while dumping most times.
EDIT: Before both cards worked fine !
Where is that nice ADSR edit gone ?
