No XIls joy yet either.
I'll transmit this to them, in case the information was lost somewhere in the webspaze.

Thank you Lotuzia and Xavier.

I figured it was just some missing communication and was not too worried, Xils has good service always.

Hi all.

I think the amount of charity emails I have sent out might have caused my business email account to be (unfortunately!) flagged as spam! Some of my mails are lost in the interwebs somehwere and Xils Lab are not the first. Let me know if any dev's are missing to respond and I will follow up from my private email account.

Regarding the BBFG# / NI situation. I hope you manage to solve it. I would prefer not to make a refund here as I already transfered all funds to Save The Children and if I have to make a refund then it will be out of my own pocket. I already donated $1000 from my company and really cannot afford to refund bids because buyers and companies cannot settle an agreement. If I have to make a refund here, then of course I will do since I am forced to... but then I will take over the bid and the product and the amount of funds I refund will be taken from my own contribution next year, so I hope you manage to sort things out here.

I do this out of a mutual trust and understanding from all parties and not because I see myself forced to settle refunds afterwards.

So let's make another effort to cover that loss, how much is it, we can all donate some and collect the amount required, let's do that.

(so far, they're silent on the last two)
This is so typical NI. I have had several support cases, a friend of mine has as well. They're just ignoring you when they feel it's getting uncomfortable to continue the conversation.
Mac Mini M4 Pro | 14 Cores (10P/4E) | 48GB RAM | Studio One | Reason | Bitwig Studio | Logic Pro | FL Studio | Cubase Pro | Waveform | Reaper | Renoise | ~1000 VSTs/AUs | ~350 REs

If it comes to that I will help and donate to cover some part of the loss.

And shame on NI - it's not unreasonable to have a problem with a 384gb download...

If all you need is the installers, and you already have the serials, maybe someone can donate there installer dvd's, assuming it's legal.

I have sent their support a link to this problem and a request to help resolve this issue.

I hope I'll receive an answer from them soon. Anyway, I don't believe a refund is the way to solve it!

Can I ask the other winners what kind of the licenses of NI that donated to this charity are? Are they NFR licenses?
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

Hey Luftrum, unfortunately I haven't heard anything from Kv331audio yet (spam folder is checked). I thank you again for still taking care!

I'm not in a position to take this loss either.
I do believe it is on them to solve this, first and foremost. Because I also believe that Luftrum and I both entered into this under good faith and any solution they provide that would end up being a loss to either one of us is not in keeping to the idea or them making a real donation.
I've since been reading everywhere that their current system being sold as a download but not allowing any download has a great many customers infuriated. And since it was never stated in the auction, it was reasonable to assume that either option was available. (which apparently they had no intention of offering).

My requests to them have been:
1. Send me the installers on disk. (they won't)
2. Provide a way for me to download the installers onto my own drive {using a business that has unlimited download capabilities to my travel drive} (they won't)
3. Give me my money back (from them, not the charity) - (see their suggestions below)
4. Remove any restrictions and give me a transfer code to sell it immediately (so far, they're silent)

Their suggestions have been reduced to:
1. Me to eat the loss.
2. Luftrum to eat the loss.

If anybody should have to eat this loss, I really feel it should be NI.
And not penalize us for having good faith.
I'm not mad at the charity, I am getting rather disgusted with NI pulling this though.
My suggestions:

1- Get a real life friend you trust, that has better internet,to download it for you. Pay him/her a dinner.
2- Luftrum pays you back, you give Luftrum your NFR license (of course, depends on Luftrum and NI accepting).

Where do you live and what installers do you need? Maybe there is someone in your area to help.
