My 2c on the NI issue:
BBFG - Are you speaking with anyone with any influence at NI, or a support person? Can you not escalate the issue, ask to speak to someone more senior? This is a charity auction, good publicity for the brand (or not!) and I would have thought that if you insist on communicating with someone who can see a bigger picture they could maybe be a bit more flexible, in the spirit of the thing?
Also, do you tweet?

Some good news from Quinto (SKnote):
" You are waiting for a MotorTown license, our new drumkit software. It is brand new and we are working on getting it complete in a few days. You'll receive a beta, if you are interested in testing, then the final version. Running to make it happen very fast

I'm hoping there's someone to escalate this with at NI too.zarf wrote:My 2c on the NI issue:

This makes NI look very bad, which I don't expect would be their intention. More than likely, its lower level customer service not seeing the bigger picture.
If they can't make arrangements to deliver a physical after the electronic delivery has not worked out.. seeing it an item for a charity auction, I don't think I'd be willing to keep buying from them.

I send positive vibes to this undertaking.Luftrum wrote:I just wrote my contact Jonas in NI who arranged the licenses, I hope for a positive response from him.
But I would be really surprised if NI don´t find a fair solution.

All items received . I would also like to add that Spectrasonics covered the shipping cost of Stylus RMX which I would have been willing to pay for . Kudos to them for their generosity and participation in the auction and for the great customer service !
Refx Nexus 2 email delivery was lightning fast as well.
I hope the NI thing gets straightened out soon . Sounds like a royal pain at the moment , but Komplete is a great product.

Today I've received my Xils-Lab product. After I've contacted Xavier via e-mail, he immediately replied to my question and sent me all the download details, after I've sent him my paypal details of the transaction with Luftrum. Thank you Xavier (Xils-Lab)

@BBFG
Don't shoot me down if this sounds stupid, but ...
I know that Komplete comes on a harddrive and that it's sold also by retail shops.
Since you do have a valid K11U license, couldn't you go to a shop and pick up the physical media? (maybe for a nominal fee?)

The boxed sets already have a unique serial of their own. Shop would have one less unit to sell.

I'd be willing to chip in money if the NI situation doesn't get resolved. Very unfortunate for both parties involved here, optimistic they will do the right thing. After all it was for an outstanding cause.

I will contact Tari.
I just heard from my NI contact and they are going to offer Komplete 11 Boxed to resolve it, even though the prize was meant as download only and never as a boxed version and according to my contact it has left them with a bitter taste after seeing how it escalated to the forum, when they were trying their best to find a solution.

I think the vast (silent) majority of the forum readers know there's to sides to every story, and respect them for donating premium products to generate lots of money for the cause. Going the extra mile to solve the problem is just another plus in my book.Luftrum wrote:... according to my contact it has left them with a bitter taste after seeing how it escalated to the forum, when they were trying their best to find a solution.
