yes im weak, but having a maximum savings threshold, means i have to spend money.
if i hit that, i stop getting any money in the future, then reapply when i get below it again, it's easier just to smoke it and spend it on gear  :hihi:
^^^ I have that same restrictive dilemma with housing and medical assistance ^^^

aside from that... Life is good! :tu:

I just spent this months allowance, but may pick this up if there are any left next month.

I don't budget for gear, I either have the money or I don't. I won't finance, also I tend to focus
on current interests. For instance, eurorack has taken a back seat for me as I am pretty sure I
have enough of the stuff for a long while. From there it's onto the next gear, currently guitar stuff,
pedals and whatnot. Likely I will wind up with a huge collection of pedals before too long.
From there, it's onto my signal chain with rack and 500 series effects, with some instruments
or synths on occasion.

I really want a Waldorf M… so much. Doesn’t look like it’s in the cards, though. Money is scarce these days and there’s not much I would be willing to sell.

I might be interested in getting the Roland JX-08. Polyphonic synth in a small form.

Scored the Dreadbox-Dysphonia. The VCAs, LFO, Filter, Mult, Mixer, and (modifiable by removing an SMD) Echo as utilities alone, are a steal, @ $265 (shipped).

If I didnt already have a set of the individual Dreadbox Chromatic modules in it, that Dysphonia would be rather nice in my NiftyCase.

:x I’m going to regret not ordering one. All is good, but the missus just had an ER visit yesterday and unknown bills to come next.

Predictable "unknowns" should take precedence. Glad "all is good'.

Agreed. The Dysphonia's MIDI implementation is neat too, btw.

I love the concept of the NiftyCase, and see the value in a 'restricted' {hp limited} module number to explore more fully. That less is more thing, can really help one to focus.

I love the Dreadbox sound, particularly the Erebus, and NYX, though I don't have either. I've got an Antidote, Euphoria, Antiphon, and the White Line Echo, which is the same as the one in the Dysphonia (both from the Erebus) , so I will be modding the latter, for some variety.

For those unfamiliar with the Antiphon, it (if you can find one) and a Dysphonia would cover a lot of cross-patch-able ground, in 84 hp. :)

Ive got an Antiphon, too, still to build it though.
