Has anyone received a confirmation of receipt of an application sent to info@andrespartner.de in the last few days?
I sent them an application at the beginning of this week and no response yet.

My lawyer sent it via the electronic lawyer's mailbox and he got a receipt there.
No idea whether they acknowledge receiving a normal email.

A couple of weeks ago I sent an email asking why I haven't been notified about the proceedings and roughly a week later received all the docs and form to fill in in electronic form. That also included my personal login to AndresPartner page, where I could check my status.
Actually, before I received that email reply, I already sent via post a generic form filled in and some proof like credit notes, agreement, support cases and description of my case. I sent it to the Cologne address. My claim appeared on the status page.
In the official contact, they ask for the form and proof to be sent to AndresPartner central in Dusseldorf as far as I remember, but my case proves, they'll handle it properly even if you send it using different form template, in English and to Cologne.
You should however make sure you get your login, but give them 10 working days

@Christian67587Christian67587 wrote: Tue Jun 10, 2025 2:38 pm Well, you may add interest (Zinsen) to your amount.
And with "Abgesonderte Befriedigung", you pick No.
I don't know how much interest should be calculated on such a case, so do not add any.
For "Abgesonderte Befriedigung unter gleichzeitiger Anmeldung des Ausfalls wird beansprucht.", its English translation is "Separate satisfaction with simultaneous notification of the default is claimed.". Actually I am not very clear with its meaning, if choosing "Yes", then need to provide additional materials. Since I think this is caused by Digital River GmbH by purpose, so just choose "No". What will be the proceedings if choosing "No"?

I asked KI about Digital River:
"The company has reportedly filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy with approximately $45.2 million in secured debt and very limited assets (less than $50,000)."
So forget about your money and all the efforts to get it back -
it's all just lost time
The only persons who will get any money is the lawyers

For the German company, all claims will be checked on 30th July 2025, so we may have an answer early August.

We have sent it to 40474 Düsseldorf, and its stuck "out for delivery" since June 10th. Something similar happened to you? I contacted AndresPartner and they said the address was fine "the address you have given on the label is correct. I'm sure the envelope will arrive shortly!"
But I don't know. After all this easy to think there is a conspiracy even in the settlement haha.

I have sent my response via courier to the Dusseldorf address, and emailed AndresPartner to confirm they have received it. It took about a week before they replied, but I did get a reply that they received my package. So hopefully those of you waiting for a reply will eventually hear back soon.

Any update on this?
Andrespartner told me "After 30.07.2025 your WebKey xxx will be activated and you will be able to view the examination result and the progress of the proceedings online: https://www.andrespartner.de/gis."
I login with my webkey and see the following info:
Essential procedural data Appointment note
Application date January 27, 2025
Opening of insolvency proceedings 01.05.2025 Appointment preliminary InsO back
Deadline for filing a claim June 30, 2025
Reporting date July 30, 2025 Room 243
Examination date 1 July 30, 2025 Room 243
document
Select Opening decision
Select GLVB for the creditors' meeting
What does that mean?

You can login there and read the report from the insolvency proceedings:
Bericht zur Gläubigerversammlung und Vermögensübersicht in dem Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen der Digital River GmbH.
in English:
Report on the creditors' meeting and statement of assets in the insolvency proceedings concerning the assets of Digital River GmbH
In summary, there are over 70 million Euro debt, but only about 700.000 Euro if they can collect that all. After deducting the cost of the court and proceedings, the payout may be just 0.4% of what we claimed.

We sent our claim in two copies, with all associated documents, by registered mail, in June.
We got the proof of delivery with signature (from a F.BISCHOF).
However, AndresPartner still didn't acknowledge our claim, didn't answer any of our emails, and plainly refuse to communicate.
Is anyone else also facing the same stonewalling tactic from AndresPartner ?
Apparently some of us managed to get in communication with them, so I wonder what's their criteria on who they do add to their process, and who they just choose to ignore (probably waiting to see if we'll take legal action against AndresPartner, hoping that many will just give up)
