I have delays that will sync to host, but then have the delay line modulated by an LFO that is or isn't synchronized to the project clock that shifts the repeats above and below the quantized grid around the said clock. That's not what you are talking about?

I don’t want to see version 6 at all!
If version 6 comes out they will stop supporting version 5, and ask more money for version 6 upgrade.
The current version does the job!

EchoBoy has this feature included. Tap tempo or MIDI synchronized along with options like Groove (Shuffle - Swing) Feel (Rushing or Dragging)
In Dual Echo p.20 in the manual you can even change Accentuation (Volume) for the Right/Left channel. Turning the Knob clockwise will emphasize the Upbeats and Counterclockwise the Offbeat.

Yeah no kidding.. I could care less if they add anything else to them, I've got a solid set of tools that I use on every project, just keep them working as is and I'll be perfectly fine.

Some people's needs for constant new gimmicks is getting ridiculous and really tiring. Most folks don't even bother learning how to use what they already have before whining they need MORE MORE MORE. I guess it was bound to happen now that these tools are within reach of everyone and their mother. Most don't actually know what they need, while the 'pros' who rely on stability are dealing with their tools constantly changing and breaking.

Resizeable GUIs are not a gimmick lol. I have to upscale every plugin I use so it’s easier to see on my 4k monitor. I find myself squinting when using echoboy which is not something I should have to do in 2025.

Soundtoys' new overdrive/distortion would be cool to have. They have some nice clever ideas and I cannot even guess what it could be.

They showed us some interesting stuff at NAMM in january. Some kind of granular convolution reverb. Looking forward to hearing more from them.
