finally got my audio gear back with the computer junk...simpler setup, everything's at arms reach - thanks to the new chair and vid monitor arm

Yeah, they sound great. They were one of the serious contenders when I was auditioning for a new pair of monitors. I liked them quite a bit, and would've been happy with them if I didn't end up finding a great deal on a supreme set of monitors I never dreamed I could own.

got an A-125 Phase Shifter coming next week

i bought the A-100 Basic 1 (non midi) system about 10 years ago...just put the second rack together last year, but i never bothered to bring the racks back up by my computer setup, but we are going again

regardless: it's a great time for modular analog(ue) synths...for a modest jumping off point, one can put together a rack w/power supply and add mods as you can afford them with several mfg's to choose from, and mod choices from vanilla/workhorse to odd/esoteric...
