No Trojan detected here by either Comodo or Norton. You probably just got a false reading?

Thanks much for the MicroTera--Now could someone upload The U-he Podalski and the Sugarbytes LE given away in those yummy German magazines that are unreachable here? Thanks.

I was thinking the same thing: a false positive? I visited that site more than once and had no problems.
The contrary would be very "bizarre", because my site is safe, i hope...
And all the things that are downloadable on it are zipped and uploaded on it by me of course...

The list grows... grows, and passed 150 best free instruments a few days ago...

I sent a mail to Brain Control about Tunefish, asking them for downloading this synth, and this is the answer :

"Hi,

unfortunatelly you cannot download tunefish2. We're thinking about releasing it
to the public at some point, but currently we're only using it internally for our productions.

Payne"

Sorry guys...

Another point : as i am french, I do not speak English very well... So the english pages of my site need to be improved (I translated all the texts alone...)... If you see bad translations, please, don't hesitate to help me...

MicroTera plays and sounds great. No warnings of any kind with Avast!!

I don't think MicroTerra is a freeware.

I have got myself the Musich Tech Magazine edition, as well as Tassman Music Tech Magazine edition (which is nice) btw.

It's just like the CM stuff IMO.

Sure, it is not. I put the link on my site, but not the soft itself. The man who shares it probably knows that, and does this at his own risks... He is the only man who shares it all over the web...

I got mine in a french magazine (Recording Musicien) a few years ago...

But you know : Tera has much evolved, and soon MicroTera will probably be forgotten by Virsyn, and freely available, i hope...

And you are right : it is one of the best almost "freeware" synths...

ooh i hear ya on that! i have unreadable media that i happened to have burned, doublechecked moving the files to C, put in the case and NEVER used until necessary, and then they didnt work when in need!
such frustrating!!
nowadays i tend to do double backup myself of the most important stuff..
Peace
Hey dreaddd,

what about dvdisaster?
You can create some recovery files in order to recover an image of the unreadable media.
This program has an option to place the files on the cd or on your harddisc, so you will be able to recover the whole cd with it.

guys, i think the best long term storage my be flash memory in thumb drives..
i mesn...no moving parts, nothing to degrade, snd dsta is burned on until overwritten, right?
stssh it in an airtite baggie or something, maybe they will last longe than cd's...i think they might, but the tech is too new to tell i guess...
but if ya buy a bunch of them suckers, in like 14 gig sizes, they are crazy cheap and worth trying to archive songs and softies on.

just a possibility.

really good cheeba tonite, lol
