I personally am in no major rush at all. I think it would be kind of silly to insist on it, though. The content was promised by the 30th, so if people want it, they should get it, regardless of the unforeseen bandwidth issues--they are not the buyers' fault.ebow wrote:SPEAK UP....

That's just me playing the devil's advocate, though. Even if it were available, I would not have a chance to download before then, so I personally don't mind either way.

from what i can gather it isn't bandwidth that's the problem...it's all the changes that have been included along the way to make this product even better than the one we signed up for...not forgetting quite a few last minute sweetenerssockofgold wrote:I personally am in no major rush at all. Thanks.duojet wrote:Damn, I was looking at that piano and considering buying! This GB has been one hell of a great value.
2 quick questions:
1. Can we choose any kit to substitute for the EZPlayer Pro? I really want the bonham kit in multitrack format.
2. If no to #1, is there a discount for buying the full multitrack version of any of the STm kits for people who joined this GB?
Thanks!
1. No there are just the 4 kits to choose from.
2. That is a good idea. Maybe we can do something for ALL of the OWD and DM a la carte kits with a coupon. I'll find out next week if we can do that. It also MIGHT be possible to have extra patches for the OWD DL kits that have the new features in them... would take a bit of work but a good bonus if we can make that happen. A discount AND the features you guys want. But no guarantee. We will try and see.

It's a combination of having to spread it out for bandwidth concerns AND dealing with the latest sweeteners and the holidays, weekend and also as a cherry on top a few unexpected snags like the one I posted about just a bit ago. Nothing that can't be worked around but all we need is MORE added to our plate. I had to just take something for the anxiety. I was about ready to drop about an hour or so ago. Then the funniest thing happened. A Mexican father and son duo started serenading in front of the place I'm staying. It was so surreal and then some friends cheered me up and I was laughing which is the cure for everything. I didn't sleep much last night so now I am zonked but a little nap and I'll be back in business.ebow wrote:from what i can gather it isn't bandwidth that's the problem...it's all the changes that have been included along the way to make this product even better than the one we signed up for...not forgetting quite a few last minute sweetenerssockofgold wrote:I personally am in no major rush at all. The email should be going out now. Cool about the piano huh? A nice taste of another instrument since Infinite Player isn't just for drums. This is going to be fantastic. It really is. For us and for all the new Infinite Player users.
Oh and I agree that the content was promised on the 30th and we're late. I had no idea we were going to run into delays and the reason I am so distraught is because I did my best to avoid it. But even still I have some of the team working with me on New Year's Eve to get downloads there as quickly as possible. It's still faster than shipping at least (and cheaper).

You should stop stressing about this Squids. You can see from all the posts that you've got a lot of people happy to take an extra couple of days - the extra goodies just make a great deal greater.Squids wrote:

A Happy and Peaceful New Year to you and all at ESoundz.
By the way, particularly in Europe - take a break from download worries and get out and look at the partial lunar eclipse that's visible for the next couple of hours. It's also a blue moon (a 13th full moon in the year).
Sing it with me - "Blue Moon................"

And then the father turned to the son and said, "That is an incredible group buy, son. I don't really think you need to keep adding stuff -- don't you think it is already a ton of sample libraries? I mean it's very generous, but I think you're going overboard with the piano...Afterall, is that $99 even going to pay for the bandwidth their using?"Chester Desmond wrote:I had to just take something for the anxietyYou sure they were real??A Mexican father and son duo started serenading in front of the place I'm staying.
Seriously, I said this in last year's GB where Dave kept adding and adding stuff, but I really think it would be now big deal to get this stuff on Jan 2 and let you and the team enjoy New Years like everyone else. I mean, maybe I'll get beat on for saying it, but come on folks.
