:D Indeed you will. This was done very quick, and with the intention to use Sampletank only, so no external processing. Man, I really love to work with this. For the first time in my life, I got an usable band in ONE plugin! Inspiration flows!
Great! I've set up an oft-used template in Cubase for SampleTank multi-out and I love the fast workflow that sort of thing allows.

torgo wrote:Baard - is that HQ Free Piano patch the same one from the old SampleTank Free?
Its from the Sampletank XT pack. So is the organ and the flute. The "salsa" piano in the first part of the song is "Upright" from piano collection tho. Really like that one, but it didnt cut through towards the end, so I kept HQ Free Piano there, I wrote with that one. Thats what amazes me with what I got from this deal. You are writing from the second you load a sound and press a key. :D

...and then for 8x1 wow. Did you shy away from loops, or a particular genre? Maybe we now get people to post examples of uses of loops and genre-specific packs in ways that one might not expect (I know we've had some of these already)?

Hey! I hope you're not referring to me. :?

I merely agreed with someone else that it was not exactly what I was expecting, after all the hype you gave it last night. Without more additional content, I'm unable to join again, and I wish there was a brand new component to encourage someone in my position to join one more time. I would like to help the group get to 6000.

But make no mistake... I am happy and will be very grateful for the 8x1. It really solves a dilemma I have been facing. And with the 6 extra days (i.e. 10 more days total), I really think we will achieve it. We have been averaging more than a 100 a day all along, so I fully expect it to continue. :-)

I think the HQ Free Piano patch probably is the same one from the old SampleTank Free (sort of a demo of SampleTank v1). Peter might know for sure, but I bet it is - not much point in giving a new patch the same name as the old one.

I was curious when I saw it on the list in your jpg file, because that was the patch that got me into SampleTank. I liked the sound, so I bought the original Piano Collection to see what else it had in store. It's still a great sounding patch, and I'm glad to see someone else out there still likes it and uses it.

Already at 5015 users - we're now 1.5% of the way to 6000! I don't think I could do a fourth time, but if it gets really close (like it did today), well, you never know...

That's here and the coupon code to save $250 off is RAWPLAT here's the link http://www.esoundz.com/details.php?Prod ... e=XT2KVRAW
Squids,

can this coupon code be used to deduct $250 from esoundz membership price???

Indeed it is. I used that one when I wrote, because I hadn't joined a second time yet and DLed Piano Collection. This was one of the "If it aint broken, dont fix it" moments. I have a feeling that I am going to have a lot of those with these sounds :)

With so many people involved in this group buy, how can we start sharing combi's for the individual packs?

All I want to confirm is that SampleTank will run well on Win 7 64 bit using the latest version of Sonar, then, I'm in and my ePointz will clearly be going to jrathkopf for his help. (And probably next time, to the person who can answer my Win 7 64 bit question.)

That's my setup here, and all is working fine.

I think it is off the non-logged in regular discounted price. Should still be much lower than even the lowest membership discount.

I wasn't. But I thought I saw a few posts saying something along those lines but maybe I'm wrong. This thread is hard to follow. Well, anyway, a little extension and another possible pack WOULD be cool I think. I am also thinking about something else too but... it is starting to get a little absurd! All this for just $50... I mean... it's already a bit too crazy as it is!

You're crazy. I like you. But you're crazy. (First person to name the movie gets $3 in epointz)
