I am in the US and got mine on Monday, and am loving it

With the standalone I am getting lots of hung notes, which don't seem to be there with the AU.
has anyone else been getting hung notes with the standalone?

I'm beginning to think the same thing. I ordered on day one, it was scanned in New York last Friday with no change yet. I'm in Texas though, so if it's coming by horseback it'll still be a while.

I received the "Optigan Organ Toolkit" from

with quite a lot of very nice and funny original loops from the Optigan, Orchestron and Talentmaker

And all the sounds are in Kontakt 3 format! Really, really nice

It makes the waiting for MTron-Pro easier

The proprietor of this optigan sample cds is the guy behind optaginally yours. Very quirky stuff, but I love it. I see that he also got hold of the original master tapes for the optigan- you can get them in a bundle. I know what Im getting tomorrow after pay day....

That's a nice deal. Mellotron.com was selling it for $199...but then, all their stuff is overpriced.

Just got mine in the mail yesterday and am very pleased. Obviously the new envelopes are great, as well as the nice sounding filter, delays and ensemble, reverse, half speed and start point. Being able to stack two voices together and link envelopes is great too. But also, little things make this so much more of a joy to use compared to the original, like having arrows to go to the next preset or tapebank, and not having to deal with that A/B/C selector, which I hated.

though the original sounded great, it wasn't a fraction as fun as this.

My M-Tron Pro upgrade showed up today. It's been more than worth the wait. It's got more character than a politician has excuses.

This is possibly the best update to a VI ever... take everything great about the original MTron, combine that with everything great about VSM... then take that to the tenth power (all the new samples and presets).

Heads up -- apparently audiomidi.com has it in stock -- haven't been able to find it anywhere else, and Sweetwater's site still says any day now (riiiiight

). Just placed my order early this morning with overnight shipping.
