I also jumped the train a week ago and had no trouble at all with getting the serial, anyway I find the original skin a tad bit too light for me so I made a darker one.
Not meant to go offtopic but since it's a free download I thought I could give it a mention here.
Edit: I created a separate thread for the skin instead, you can find it here http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 12#4149312

Thank you, the skin for z3ta+ is a beauty
I've tried a couple of others on for size (Jörgen Arvidsson's http://www.omnitaur.se/ one is pretty nice too) but I think yours might be "the one"

Very nice skin Lime (as usual)! Is there any skin you make that doesn't look fantastic!? Feel free to make more stellar skins for this thing.(hint hint)
Going to make this my "default" skin from now on!

I bought it today and have yet to receive the serial number.
I also can't even log into my account as the patronising website tells me to recheck the details I entered and try again.
At any price, that is rubbish.

Don't know if there is an 800 type number for UK dwellers, but just call 'em and get the serial and be done with it.That's what I did.tehlord wrote:I bought it today and have yet to receive the serial number.

I'm not really in a hurry to call up and chase something that should have been with me the split second I paid for it like every other online VST purchase i've ever made.VSTJuNkiE wrote:Don't know if there is an 800 type number for UK dwellers, but just call 'em and get the serial and be done with it.That's what I did.tehlord wrote:I bought it today and have yet to receive the serial number.

I know the option is there but the setup they're using is appaling. The smaller devs like Rob Papen, U-he and Lennar Digital can get it right. I've just got an automated response from Cakewalk saying they 'should' get back to me within two working days.
Useless.

Have you checked which region you are in, I have had the same issue myself.tehlord wrote:I bought it today and have yet to receive the serial number.

I created an account in the EUR region and can only access it from that region, if the US or any other region is selected I can't get access to my account.

I'm only allowed to access my account from the US region
