This is getting off topic, but I'm typing this from a 27 inch Apple Cinema Display which has 2560x1440 resolution.DuX wrote: 27" - 1920 max
It's totally fine for normal use, I don't know where you get the 1920 max number for 27 inch display..

Sorry for OT, but ADD is a big myth.DuX wrote:If you're suffering from ADD like the 70% of human kind, go to your doctor, don't post here.
Actually, I think the same, too. I thought I made that clear in my post.toitoi wrote:Sorry for OT, but ADD is a big myth.DuX wrote:If you're suffering from ADD like the 70% of human kind, go to your doctor, don't post here.
You can hardly read the text on a TB-303 from that distance as well. One of my TB-303's is painted completely metallic blue, there is no text to read on it. But that's cool, once you know how to use a 303. But I guess you may have found the reason why Stevie Wonder - who has played music on just about every classic synth - hasn't published any songs with a TB-303.chk071 wrote:Try a 22" display with 1920x1080 HD resolution, sit back 1 1/2 metres, and try to read the labels. Impossible.I do understand though that antto won't change it, and it is ok. Still pretty tiny compared to nowadays' standards.

Absolutely.Tricky-Loops wrote:I really have to test the VB 303 on the weekend if I have enough time... It's interesting because I've never programmed a hardware TB 303, and if I succeed in getting great sounds out of the VB 303, I think I would succeed in programming the real TB 303, too, wouldn't I?
Yes, I know. I was referring to "native" stuff. I can do everything from Linux these days, which I'd prefer, but it's not native, and I hate wasting CPU cycles on nothing.Ch00rD wrote:Well, indirectly, you can, using some Windows emulation layer or virtual machine.DuX wrote:[...] On OS-X you can't use stuff from 2001 and older.
