What are your "must-have" Plugin Alliance plugins now that they are $29 ?

Thanks for the heads up about the updated Vertigo plugs. I wish PA would send emails out when they update/fix their plugins. All I ever get is loyalty coupons and weekend warrior promotions for stuff I already own. I've been waiting months for a fix for the vst3 version of the Neold channel strip. The resize function hasn't ever worked properly.

nope. and they really need to be. they're not as tiny and difficult to read as some of the older PSP plug ins but i often zoom my screen to see wtf i'm doing.

Phils Cascade IS resizable, but Alpha Compressor isn't (unless I missed an update). Niveau Filter is tiny as ever.

Yes, absolutely - thanks from me as well! Strangely enough I sometimes online forget/fail to comply to my own standards of decency.

Where do you find what has been updated? - I can't see that information in my account or their installation managerthecontrolcentre wrote: Sun Jan 31, 2021 3:28 am I've just checked my PA account and found another half-dozen updates I'd missed (mostly UA).![]()

Nah... I didn't even check who had been writing the post - it was just that nonsense about the GUIs being resizable when I knew they weren't.

Yes, I am wondering that too. It's pure conincidence that I have all the current versions installedaMUSEd wrote: Sun Jan 31, 2021 10:18 amWhere do you find what has been updated? - I can't see that information in my account or their installation managerthecontrolcentre wrote: Sun Jan 31, 2021 3:28 am I've just checked my PA account and found another half-dozen updates I'd missed (mostly UA).![]()

(a couple of days ago I loaded up an older project only to be greeted with a error-message that several (crucial) plugins were missing - back then I had been using VST3 before ending up finding them somewhat unreliable. As a consequence I didn't install the VST3 version at all on my current machine.)

I check against the version number of the installed version. I wish PA would get an email notifiction system for updates. Most every other software seller does.aMUSEd wrote: Sun Jan 31, 2021 10:18 amWhere do you find what has been updated? - I can't see that information in my account or their installation managerthecontrolcentre wrote: Sun Jan 31, 2021 3:28 am I've just checked my PA account and found another half-dozen updates I'd missed (mostly UA).![]()

I just wish they'd make the installation manager display version numbers and notify if the installed plugin is out of date. It has to be one of the few (if not only) ones that doesn't support such a basic feature.thecontrolcentre wrote: Sun Jan 31, 2021 11:03 amI check against the version number of the installed version. Either go to https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/support.html and scroll down to Plugin Update History to see all the products on one page or check the Changelog on each product's page.

So that feature was already added eight months ago... I kind of completely missed it - I skipped that update assuming there was nothing of any significance in there for me after glancing over the changelog... I guess when finally reaching the letter V my concentration was all used up.
