I can confirm Sugar Bytes Turnado and Obscurium. Those two that I own are ARM compatible.

You can use Crossover or Parallels. Parallels is M1 ready and allows you to run a Windows Virtual Machine on Mac. Probably won’t install interface drivers though.ajdz wrote: Wed Mar 17, 2021 9:20 am I'm tempted to get an M1 machine, but what puts me off is that I can't install windows anymore on the same machine, which I use then and when for some stuff.
Depends on what you are trying to do.

All good with Sugar Bytes products. Standalone, VST and AU are verified as x86/ARM U2B. AAX only x86. No VST3 btw.

someone hacked Windows 10 for ARM on it, and it apparently worked very well. Hoping it's going to become bootcampableajdz wrote: Wed Mar 17, 2021 9:20 am I'm tempted to get an M1 machine, but what puts me off is that I can't install windows anymore on the same machine, which I use then and when for some stuff.

this list made be discover a few handy tools I wasn't aware of.
the upside of having to wait for native versions of my usual suspects is to be reminded that there's (almost) no such thing as an irreplaceable plugin. quite a few big players have already dropped out of my workflow.
I guess some of them aren't even to blame as they themselves are waiting for iLok to pull up their trousers...

The Voxengo Plugins on the list are incorrect. The following are UB2:
CurveEQ
GlissEQ
Teote
PrimeEQ
SpanPlus
Correlometer
You can find their current M1 releases on their press webpage: https://www.voxengo.com/press/?offset=0.
I am seriously considering putting the list in an excel spreadsheet on a google doc page. Maybe make it so everyone can update it (I don't have time to manage such a list though) . . . .

And that is the problem with most of the online lists I've encountered. After the initial enthusiasm, few want to maintain it for long or put in the extra effort to verify the entries being added. That's why this list is the most current you'll find online because there are enough people willing to contribute updated information and even check to verify they're true UB2, not just Rosetta with a misleading "M1 compatible" note.bysbox1 wrote: Fri Mar 19, 2021 1:27 am I am seriously considering putting the list in an excel spreadsheet on a google doc page. Steinberg WaveLab Cast has been updated at KVR database with Universal 2 Binary support but can't be verified unless it's purchased
https://www.kvraudio.com/product/wavela ... -steinberg
Acustica Audio Sienna also updated as Universal 2 Binary at https://www.kvraudio.com/product/sienna ... tica-audio Demo is provided via Aquarius Desktop which is not ARM compatible so if the install app isn't even M1 ready I doubt the plugin is also it's crashing here with Mojave.
